• Grace Period • You have a 7 minute grace period from your appointment time. Once you meet the 8 minute mark it will be considered a no show & will need to be rescheduled. • No Show • All no-show appointments will result in a full service/services charge. No exceptions. • Canceling/ Rescheduling • You have 24 hours prior from your appointment time to cancel/reschedule. After that the 24 hour mark you will pay half of your service/services. • Same Day Canceling Rescheduling • Same day cancellation/rescheduling will result in a full service/services charge.
